Customer Service Policies – Please Read Carefully
: All prices are in US Dollars ($)
PAYMENT: All payments must be made in US funds ($) by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or a check or money order made payable in US funds only. Note: Your order will not be charged to your credit card until your order is ready for shipment.
SHIPPING: All goods are shipped via first class US mail. We process and ship all orders as soon as humanly possible; however, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Only Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards (in US Funds) are accepted for payment. Orders from outside of the U.S. are shipped via airmail and delivery time is subject to the foreign country's postal and/or customs systems.
DAMAGED GOODS: Like it or not – it does happen. In this event, we will be happy to replace the goods or issue a credit or refund. IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED, simply mail the merchandise back to us. As soon as the product arrives, we will ship you replacements.
IF YOUR MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTIVE, please indicate in a note to us what the problem is and return to us. New merchandise will be shipped to you immediately.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE, please contact us in writing and indicate the problem. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, credit card number and card expiration date. To expedite resolution of the problem, you can fax your letter (to the fax number listed below) or mail it (to the address listed below). We will contact you as soon as the problem has been researched.
